The Chemistry Education Research mail list (i.e., cer@listserv.miamioh.edu) is moving to an ACS Division of Chemical Education service and will be managed/moderated by the Chemical Education Research committee.
What to expect: This will be the last message you will receive from the old listserv (cer@listserv.miamioh.edu). You should also, after a brief delay, receive a duplicate message from the new service (cer@chemedx.org). This duplication process is to ensure that the new service is working properly and that everyone on the list is receiving the messages.
We have been testing for the past few months and do not anticipate issues, however, there are many different email platforms out there so we need your help.
Please add cer@chemedx.org to your email servers ‘whitelist’ or a similar action so that email from the new service does not end up in your Junk mail.
What to do if you do NOT get the duplicate message: If after 24 hours you have still not received the duplicate message from the new server, check your spam or junk folder to see if the message ended up there. If it is not there, please contact Jon Holmes (jon.holmes@wisc.edu) and he will assist you further.
Posting messages: To post a message to the new Chemistry Education Research mail list, please send your message to cer@chemedx.org . The moderators will be notified of your message and will review/post it accordingly.
