The American Chemical Society and several partner chemical societies (see abcchem.org for a list) are hosting the Atlantic Basin Conference on Chemistry (ABCChem) December 13-16 in Marrakech, Morocco. Think of this as the Atlantic version of Pacifichem. We have a fast approaching *deadline* for abstracts - *Monday, April 18th*!
A working group within the ACS International Activities Committee, led by Prof. Tim Hanks, is organizing a symposium entitled *Innovations in Chemical Education Across the Atlantic Basin,* and we would like our members of the Chem Ed community to consider attending. While we are interested in all aspects of chemical education, we are particularly interested in strategies that have evolved during the COVID-19 pandemic and how these might influence the craft of teaching in the future.
