We are excited to share a new live learning series presented by the SEA Change Institute. Donāt miss out. Register before July 21.
New SEA Change Learning Series
Transforming Institutions - Systemic Change for DEI in STEM is a five-part learning series, designed and facilitated by the leaders of the Accelerating Systemic Change Network (ASCN), that takes a systemic approach to organizational change to develop participantās knowledge of how to apply evidence-based change strategies.
The ASCN team and guest speakers will guide participants through discussions of the definition of institutional transformation, research on creating institutional change, composition of effective teams, adapting effective approaches to different contexts, and continuous improvement.
The series begins on July 21, 2021 and ends on November 17, 2021. Each of the five sessions will take place at 3-4:30pm ET.
