Dear Judy,

My colleague Patricia Martinkova sends this response.

Best, Becca

You may consider freely available software ShinyItemAnalysis for Rasch analysis, see www.ShinyItemAnalysis.org.

The app is available online at https://shiny.cs.cas.cz/ShinyItemAnalysis/ or https://cemp.shinyapps.io/ShinyItemAnalysis/, you may also open it locally in R.

You may upload your own dataset in section Data. The app also provides toy data, e.g., you may consider trying analyses of HCI data from McFarland et al. 2017 paper (http://dx.doi.org/10.1187/cbe.16-10-0305) or DIF analysis on GMAT or HCI data as explained in Martinkova et al. 2017 (http://dx.doi.org/10.1187/cbe.16-10-0307). Rasch model is provided in section IRT models.

What do you think?

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding Rasch Analysis software? We are considering Windsteps and RUMM2030. Are there others we should consider? Is there one you prefer?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations.
