IUSE reviewers needed for April

Dear Colleagues,

If you are willing and available to serve as a review panelist for the National Science Foundation’s Improving Undergraduate STEM Education (IUSE) Level 1 proposals, please provide the requested information at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IUSE20

We have not narrowed the dates for chemistry-education-focused panel meetings, but we expect the panels to occur in April and to be held virtually. A survey response within the next several days will be most helpful, and one of us will follow up as the panels are assembled.

You can view the IUSE: EHR program solicitation (NSF 19-601) at https://www.nsf.gov/publications/pub_summ.jsp?ods_key=nsf19601

Conflicts of Interest: Note that if you are a PI, co-PI or senior personnel on an IUSE proposal submitted for the February 4 deadline, you may not review proposals submitted to that IUSE deadline. If you have a different role in an IUSE proposal (e.g., evaluator, advisory board member) or someone from your department submitted an IUSE proposal, you may not review for the IUSE discipline to which such a proposal was submitted, but you may be eligible to review proposals in a different IUSE discipline or thematic area.

Thank you for considering service to the National Science Foundation.

Best regards,

Tom Higgins, Jennifer Lewis, and Dawn Rickey, EHR/DUE Program Directors
