Hello CER colleagues,
I am writing to be sure that this community is aware of a new NSF-wide Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) that has recently been released.
NSF 24-101 Dear Colleague Letter: Strengthening the Evidence Base Related to Broadening the Participation of LGBTQI+ Individuals in STEM invites proposals of four different types: 1) fundamental, use-inspired, and/or translational research proposals; 2) conference/workshop proposals; 3) group travel proposals; and 4) other proposals aligned with the goals of the DCL.
I am not including the direct link to the DCL because my past experience trying to post links through the listserv has been mixed. The DCL should easily be findable via a search engine.
Please note that proposals would be submitted to existing funding opportunities (e.g., to an existing solicitation or program) with specific text in the title to indicate that the proposal is responsive to the DCL.
Inquiries should be sent to lgbtqi-dcl@nsf.gov. I am one of the people monitoring that email address, but of course if you wish to email me directly that is also fine.
Best,
Jennifer
