Searching for a new Director - LA Program & Integrated Support

Dear CER Colleagues,
Rutgers' Learning Centers is searching for a director for our centralized
Learning Assistant (LA) Program. The majority of courses supported by the
LA Program are STEM courses, many at the introductory level.

A person with a background in CER or STEM education who enjoys supervising,
mentoring and teaching pedagogy to undergraduate students; collaborating
with faculty who teach with LAs; supporting faculty in course
transformation efforts (that include LAs to facilitate active and
collaborative learning pedagogies); and helping bridge the research to
practice gap that so often exists in STEM education.

Please pass along to others who might be interested. The posting is set to
close on August 25th
