Dear Faculty Members,
I am writing to let you know that we currently have a call for a Tenure Track faculty position in Chemical Education at California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), that would start in Fall 2024. We believe this position is an excellent fit for chemists and educators who are passionate about teaching and research in an undergraduate environment. Applications are Due September 22.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in discipline-based education research as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM education, including the implementation and study of evidence-based practices.
Given your chemical education research backgrounds, I am hoping you might know current/recent grad students and postdocs who could be a good fit for this position. If so, would you mind forwarding this email to them and/or to colleagues who may be able to spread the word?
Please feel free to email me (emccauley@csudh.edu) or put students/postdocs in touch with me if they have any questions.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Erin McCauley, PhD (she/her)
