Speaking from my own experiences, particular assets to working at USF in chemistry education are:
1) working alongside a set of supportive colleagues including many talented full-time permanent instructors.
2) ample opportunity to work with students in nearly any chemistry sub-discipline as the campus has a very large and diverse student population (with supportive colleagues teaching these classes)
3) never having to shovel snow
If you have any questions about the position, please email Scott Lewis at: slewis@usf.edu
Review of applications begins on Oct 1, 2024.
Thank you,
Scott
