Hi CER Colleagues!
Our chemistry department at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is hiring two faculty members: one organic instructor and the one tenure-track assistant professor in organic chemistry. We are looking for applicants are committed to the success of all students, whom are aware of and capable of implementing evidence-based teaching strategies that put student learning at the center of the classroom and decrease disproportionate failure of historically underserved groups of students.
UA Little Rock is an urban PhD granting institution located in the capital of Arkansas. We serve mainly non-traditional students, with a vast majority of our students commuting to campus. Arkansas is called the Natural State because of the incredible opportunities to be outdoors, in the Ozark and Ouachita mountains, or on the vast number of lakes or rivers.
