Call for Authors of ACS eBook

The Biennial Conference on Chemical Education (BCCE 2020) was cancelled this July; however, there is interest in an ACS eBook about Effective Practices in Teaching Chemistry Online. We would like others to consider contributing a short chapter for the eBook. First drafts are not due until February 15 and chapters are written as a short paper (topics could include a model for assessing engagement in online chemistry, a model for engaging students, what worked/didn't work, tools used in teaching chemistry online, online labs, and much more). More information can be found at the Google Doc linked below. If you have any questions, please feel free to email mmorg85@gmail.com or kristi.mock@utoledo.edu.

If you're not familiar with ACS eBooks, please take a look at some of their eBooks in the chemistry education division: https://pubs.acs.org/series/symposium….

If interested, please answer the few short questions in the Google Doc no  later than Monday, Sept. 7.

We look forward to working with you!
