CER Mail List remove from list instructions

To remove yourself from the CER Mail List requires you to edit your account. Alternatively, you can cancel your account.

To edit your account to no longer receive CER Mail List messages:

  1. Click the 'Sign in' link at the top of the page.
  2. If you know your account password, enter your name or email address and your password and click the 'Sign in ' button. Skip to step 4.
  3. If you do not know your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the 'Sign in' page.
    • Enter the email address at which you are receiving CER Mail List email messages and click the 'E-mail new password' button.
    • Find the email that was sent in your email client. Click the link provided in the email to sign in to the site.
  4. If you are not taken directly to your user account page, click the link in the dropdown menu displaying your name at the top of the page and choose 'My Account'.
  5. Edit your account by clicking the Gear button/dropdown and choosing 'Edit'.
  6. Find the 'Mail List Subscriber' check box and uncheck it. Go to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.

You are no longer subscribed to the CER Mail list and should no longer receive messages from it. Should you wish to re-subscribe, go back to your account and edit it by clicking the 'Mail List Subscriber' check box and saving.

To cancel your account:

  • Click the 'Sign in' link at the top of the page.
  • If you know your account password, enter your name or email address and your password and click the 'Sign in ' button. Skip to step 4.
  • If you do not know your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the 'Sign in' page.
    • Enter the email address at which you are receiving CER Mail List email messages and click the 'E-mail new password' button.
    • Find the email that was sent in your email client. Click the link provided in the email to sign in to the site.
  • If you are not taken directly to your user account page, click the link in the dropdown menu displaying your name at the top of the page and choose 'My Account'.
  • Edit your account by clicking the Gear button/dropdown and choosing 'Edit'.
  • Click the 'Cancel account' button at the bottom of the page and confirm your intention by clicking 'Cancel account' on the confirmation page.

Your account has now been removed and you will no longer receive messages or have access to other services. Should you wish to re-subscribe, click the 'Sign up' linnk at the top of the page and complete the process.
