The Institute for Inclusive and Transformative Scholarship at Boise State is seeking a Deputy Director as part of a succession plan for leadership. Someone with a DBER background would be a fantastic fit for this role. The official blurb is below. See attached flyer for more info, apply here, and/or feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
The Institute for Inclusive and Transformative Scholarship (IFITS) at Boise State University is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic leader, who is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive learning and research environments. The Deputy Director will spend their first year helping to lead all IFITS programs while shadowing the Executive Director. Upon the retirement of the current Executive Director at the end of December 2024, the Deputy Director will step into that role. This is an incredible opportunity to have a full year of onboarding and mentorship before taking on the leadership and future direction of IFITS.
