The Department of Chemistry at East Carolina University seeks applications to fill a position as a Teaching Instructor, Senior Teaching Instructor, Teaching Assistant Professor, or Teaching Associate Professor (as appropriate to experience and qualifications) beginning on August 15, 2022. This fixed-term faculty position is for the 2022-2023 academic year, with the possibility of subsequent appointments.

It's a critical skill as students engage with today's media landscape, and its the responsibility of educators to ensure that students are able to accurately and responsibly consume as well as produce information. whether you're teaching chemistry or media studies, digital literacy is a core skill. There are few assignments that tackle digital literacy as well as the Wikipedia assignment!
