Clean Energy Research Educator - Binghamton University by Megan Fegley

The First-year Research Immersion (FRI) program at Binghamton University will hire a Research Assistant Professor (also known as the Research Educator), to begin mid-August 2021. This full-time position is for a three-year duration and candidates must have graduate degree before starting. This is a 10-month non-tenure track faculty position, with additional extra service commitment for two-summer weeks. This position is for Clean Energy (open to Ph.D.’s with appropriate background in chemistry/materials science/physics/electrical engineering).

Post-doctoral Scholar Investigating Professional Networks of Women and LGBT Physics PhDs, University of Utah

The Physics Education Research Group at the University of Utah (PERU) seeks to hire a post-doctoral scholar studying the professional networks of women and gender and sexual minority physicists (LGBT) working across academia, the government, and private sectors. This work will include conducting interviews, policy analysis, and further qualitative work at the University of Utah. This position is a one-year contract with an additional two-year renewal depending on performance. Further renewals will be dependent on performance and funding.
