I hope this email finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the Department of Chemistry at Michigan State University (MSU). Please distribute widely to those you think may be interested.
Dear Colleagues,
This REU program includes chemistry education research projects, so I am sharing it on the CER listserv.
The Flynn Research Group is looking for educators to help with our studies in visualization.
Your participation will first consist participating in a 10-15 minute questionnaire about your perspective on implementing a systems thinking approach (ST) and the types of barriers for implementing ST into your classroom.
To participate in the questionnaire, please email Alisha (aszoz104@uottawa.ca) for the link.
Hello!
Please consider submitting an abstract for the joint IUPAC and Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition 2021! The abstract submission deadline is March 16, but the submission process is simple. :)

Greetings fellow chemistry educators,
I am writing to inform you that the IUPAC CCCE 2021 meeting will be held virtually between August 13-20, 2021. Amongst the many interesting symposia listed (including those in chemistry education) on the conference website, I would like to advertise a symposium that I and a committee are organizing titled: "It Gets Better: LGBTQ+ in Chem".
Duke has an opening for a NTT faculty position (formal job announcement is below). Please feel welcome to apply or help spread the word to your department’s graduate students, post docs, or anyone else who is currently engaged in a job search. The appointment is initially a 3 year term with an expectation of renewal (it is a critical position in the department). I think it’s particularly important to make clear that this is a long-term career position with a ladder for promotions.
Thank you for your consideration.
With kind regards,
Dori
