First consideration will be given to applications received by April 18, 2025. Applications received after April 18, 2025 may be reviewed depending on search progress and needs, but are not guaranteed full consideration.

Hello everyone,

The CHemistry Instrument Review and Assessment Library (CHIRAL) leadership team is getting ready to start on the development of CHIRAL 2.0.

Therefore, we are asking for feedback from the chemistry education community on what they like about CHIRAL and what features they think need to be added and/or improved upon.

We would love to hear from a broad range of folks from the chemistry education community, including graduate students and post-docs.

The Pratt Research Group at the University of Rhode Island invites applications for one (1) Postdoctoral Research Fellow for a full-time, 12-month position with benefits. The initial appointment will be for one year with the possibility of extension, contingent on satisfactory performance and resources.

ACS Exploring Accreditation of 2-Year College Programs

The American Chemical Society is exploring the possibility of recognizing community college chemistry departments and/or programs. As part of this exploration, they are holding a Blue-Ribbon Panel at ACS headquarters Feb 21-23 to query faculty at two-year colleges on what this might look like for them.
